ALS Patient DVD

If you are an ALS patient you may request a copy at no charge.  E-mail requests to alsfilm@gmail.com. Please include your name, address, email and where you heard about Indestructible.

In order for us to continue to provide the film to ALS patients at no cost, to help alleviate the financial burden they face in some small way, we need others to purchase the film. 

Please tell your friends, family members, local clinic and support group, school and library that they can help other ALS patients by buying a copy of Indestructible.  Purchasing the film will significantly raise awareness and education about ALS and help create change for ALS patients worldwide.

Only for lending to individuals or classrooms, not for public or community screenings.

Community Screening DVD

For non-profits, grassroots, community organizations looking to sponsor a screening of the film in your area.  All screenings must be open to the public and free of charge.

For universities, colleges, hospitals, health clinics, libraries, corporations, museums and galleries. Includes rights to screen film, in perpetuity, for groups less than 75 and free of charge.

The Indestructible Discussion Guide written by Kimberly Case M.D. of Wake Forest University is available, at no extra charge, with the purchase of an Educational DVD.  A .pdf file will be emailed to buyer once transaction is completed through paypal.

ALS Film Fund will provide, at no additional cost, two 27"x48" Indestructible posters for all screenings.

Screening fees do not include additional costs associated with promotional materials, including postcards, additional posters, press or filmmaker travel.  If you require any or all of these, please contact Rebeccah Rush at alsfilm@gmail.com or 312-848-5919.

It is possible to have one or more filmmakers attend your screening for a Q&A or panel discussion.  This is a great way to engage your audience in new ways and further their film experience.  Please contact Rebeccah with details.
